Hamilton Island Race Week kicks off tomorrow and we’ve got the full line up of on shore entertainment here to guarantee you seven days of pure island pleasure and leisure.

Saturday 18, 6.00pm - Club Marine Skipper’s Welcome Cocktail Party
Hosted on the Bommie Deck at the Hamilton Island Yacht Club, enjoy drinks as your get to know your fellow skippers at the official launch of Hamilton Island Race Week.

Saturday 18, 7.00pm - Dinner with Lennox Hastie and Peter Gilmore
Enjoy a sublime dinner at Pebble Beach, qualia with Firedoor Restaurant’s Lennox Hastie and special guests Matt Vickers and Peter Gilmore. Hosted by renowned food writer Joanna Savill, learn about Hastie’s unique cooking techniques and why Gilmore only uses the best and freshest produce in his meals.

Sunday 19, 11.30am – Wild Oats Wines Ladies Lunch
A race week favourite, enjoy a long slow lunch at coca chu restaurant. With an engaging guest talk (speaker yet to be announced), places are $160 per head.

Sunday 19, 7.00pm – Dinner with Neil Perry AM by Qantas Australia
As the Creative Director of Food & Beverage at Qantas Australia, sit down with Neil Perry and his acclaimed team for a dinner sampling his most popular dishes and accompanied Robert Oatley wine.

Monday 20, 6.00pm – Surf and Turf Dinner
Hosted by comedian Dave Thornton, enjoy a beautiful three-course meal and relaxed evening of entertainment.

Tuesday 21, 7.00pm – Dinner with the Oatley and Paspaley Families
Showcasing The Unique Collection of 56 exquisite pearls, enjoy an intimate long dinner prepared by Chef Trent Dawson. Hosted by the Paspaley and Oatley families, dinner is accompanied by a considered selection of Robert Oatley wines and Charles Heidsieck champagne.

Wednesday 22, 11.30am – Piper-Heidsieck Champagne
Enjoy a remarkable champagne lunch centred around a renowned collection of Piper-Heidsieck champagnes.

Thursday 23, 6.00pm – James Boag Discovery Dinner with Danielle Alvaraz
Guided by Fred’s Head Chef Danielle Alvaraz, enjoy an exclusive new beer from James Boag accompanied with a considered Tasmanian menu.

Friday 24, 11.30am – Paspaley Luncheon
With stunning views across the Coral Sea, sit down to a sumptuous meal for the annual Paspaley white luncheon.

Saturday 25, 7.00pm – Presentation Dinner
Finish race week in style with a dinner designed to celebrate the weeks highlights, set to the live tunes of Furnace and the Fundamentals.
